Terms of Use

Last updated September 24, 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to the public AIVORA website, contact forms, support chat, and other public-facing features. Paid project work is governed by separate written commercial terms agreed between AIVORA and the customer.

Acceptable use

You may use the website to learn about AIVORA, contact us, and discuss legitimate business needs. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, abuse support systems, scrape protected areas, misuse credentials, or use AIVORA services for unlawful activity.

No project is created by using the website

Messages, chat responses, estimates, examples, demonstrations, and preliminary recommendations do not create a customer relationship, guarantee availability, reserve development time, or commit AIVORA to a price, deadline, result, or scope. A project starts only after written commercial terms are agreed.

Project scope and changes

Websites, apps, integrations, custom systems, and AI-assisted solutions can change as requirements become clearer. Deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, payment terms, ownership, support, and changes to scope should be documented in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or customer agreement.

Intellectual property

AIVORA retains rights in its pre-existing code, methods, templates, tools, know-how, branding, and reusable components unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Ownership and licensing of customer-specific deliverables are defined in the relevant written project agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Third-party platforms

Customer solutions may depend on hosting companies, app stores, payment providers, APIs, AI providers, social platforms, domains, email services, or other third-party systems. Their pricing, policies, outages, account decisions, and technical changes are outside AIVORA's direct control unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.

AI-assisted information

Public AI-assisted responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important decisions should be independently reviewed. AIVORA does not guarantee that an AI output, website concept, estimate, recommendation, or automated response will produce a particular business, financial, legal, marketing, or operational result.

Website availability and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AIVORA does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or compatibility with every device or third-party service. Contracted services may contain different warranties, service commitments, and liability terms in the signed customer agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as AIVORA evolves. The updated date will show when the public terms were last revised.
